Return Policy

Before or after placing an order, you may have some questions about our return policy. Here are the most frequently asked questions about the process. Should you need to contact us, we can be reached at 1-888-894-3114 Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm CST.

Can I return a part?

We accept returns within 30 days of original order, in original condition and packaging. You must call us for authorization before shipping the part back to us.

Can I exchange a part?

Exchanges are handled the same as a return, you must call us for a return authorization number, then we will process your new order once your return has been received and accepted.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You must call us for a RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization, number prior to shipment. All returns must be prepaid and returned within 30 days of ordering.

What if you sent me the wrong part?

If there is an error on our end, we will do what it takes to make it right. Call us as soon as you received the order so we can straighten everything out for you.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

If you ordered the wrong part, please contact us right away. We may be able to make changes to your order prior to shipment. Once you received it, it will be processed as a regular return and subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

All returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date.

Can I return a part for any reason?

As long as the part is not damaged, previously installed, or exempt from our return policy, we will happily process your return if received within 30 days.

Can I exchange a part for any reason?

Within the time window of 30 days, we will accept any exchange if it meets our requirements.

Are there certain parts I can’t return?

There are certain parts we cannot accept as returns. Any parts that have been installed or damaged will not be accepted. We are unable to accept returns of electrical and special order parts.

Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You will be responsible for return shipping, as well as ensuring the part is not lost or damaged during shipping.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Depending on your payment method, it can take between 3-10 business days to see the returned balance. While we issue the refund as soon as we process the return, your debit or credit card provider usually has a delay on depositing the funds into your account.

How long do returns take to process?

We process returns as soon as they are received so you can get your refund as quickly as possible.

What if the part is defective or damaged?

Parts comes with a standard parts warranty against defects, we’ll need to determine if it was a manufacturer or shipping error prior to processing your refund or exchange.

What if my order never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

Please contact the carrier with your tracking number for lost orders, we will help you file a claim against them for reimbursement if they are unable to locate your package.

What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

The person who placed the order will need to contact us to process the return.

What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

Please contact us for warranty information concerning manufacturer’s defects and we will help you process your claim.
