You can also take advantage of the optional expedited services offered during checkout if your order is urgent. We're happy to pass along some great freight discounts with those services as well.

Items that are large and bulky are not covered by this great new policy, but they are rare - and clearly identified in the product listing so you know ahead of time.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders* placed by 3 pm CST will process and ship same day.  Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day.

Parts that are out of stock or back-ordered will ship immediately following their arrival.

*Orders that are subject to LTL Truck Freight could be delayed up to one day based on carrier availability.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock items are shipped same day or next day based on when your order was placed.  After that, most deliveries are made within 3-5 days based on the carriers transit map.

LTL Truck Freight can sometimes add a day to transit times in remote locations.

If you've selected an expedited shipping service, you can expect your order delivered in the set amount of days that you've selected.

What are my shipping options?

We work with only the best carriers to ensure shipments arrive on time, with no damage.

Standard Ground- Within the contiguous United States (Lower 48) we offer free standard ground shipping on orders over $250. Some exclusions do exist and are identified within our site.  Please see Shipping Exclusions below.

Expedited Shipping- Most orders can be expedited at the customers request.  An Agent may contact you to ensure you receive the service you need.

Shipping Exclusions- Any non-standard items are identified while shopping our site and are subject to additional freight and handling charges.  All shipping costs for international orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, are billable to the customer.  Exclusions are often large, heavy items that require non-standard shipping options like LTL Freight.

Carrier Options - We use the following carrier services to handle and deliver your orders:

• UPS Next Day Air

• UPS Saturday

• USPS Priority Mail

• USPS Parcel Select

• Various LTL freight handlers

How are shipping costs calculated?

While we encourage you to order enough that you qualify for free freight, we understand sometimes that isn't possible.  For instances where freight needs to be calculated we will use our discounts to pass along a competitive rate.

Rates are calculated during checkout and are based on dimensional weight, the shipping service selected, and the destination address.

LTL Truck Freight costs may vary based on the services needed as well, such as a lift gate or residential address.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is available as soon as your order has been processed and is ready to go.

This information will automatically update in your order history and an email will be sent to you for easy reference in the future.

How do I replace a damaged order?

In the event that damage has occurred during the shipment process, we are here to help.  Please contact our customer service agents who will quickly identify when replacement parts can be shipped to you.  We will handle any claims with the freight carriers.

In certain situations you will be asked to purchase replacement products while the damaged goods are returned to us.  Once those damaged goods have arrived and been inspected, a credit will be issued back to you for the purchase price.
